Once your return is approved, simply pack your item in the original ESPRO box or a plain cardboard box, making sure to remove old labels and attach your return label. Please note that while we will issue a full refund for the item and the initial shipping fee, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. For your protection, we recommend using a traceable carrier and keeping your tracking number, as ESPRO is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your full refund, including the initial shipping fee, within 7 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2–10 business days for the credit to appear.
