Care Instructions:

After each use, remove the plunger unit from the press container and empty all contents. Unscrew the rod, cover, and knob from the filter assembly, then twist apart the dual micro-filters. Hand wash all components with a bottle brush or sponge, making sure to remove all coffee residue from the filters to prevent clogging. Rinse thoroughly and allow all parts to dry completely before reassembling.

The Espro P7 French Press is primarily made of the following materials:

  • Double-walled stainless steel: The carafe (the main body) is made from stainless steel, which provides durability and excellent heat retention to keep your coffee hot for hours.
  • Stainless steel micro-filters: The patented dual-filter system is made of stainless-steel mesh. These filters are much finer than standard French press filters, which helps to create a "grit-free" cup of coffee.
  • Polypropylene (PP): Some components, like the lid and parts of the plunger assembly, are made from polypropylene.
  • Silicone: A silicone lip on the filter creates a tight seal against the carafe walls, which stops the extraction process once the plunger is pressed down.

The materials are specified to be BPA, BPS, and phthalate-free.

Once your return is approved, simply pack your item in the original ESPRO box or a plain cardboard box, making sure to remove old labels and attach your return label. Please note that while we will issue a full refund for the item and the initial shipping fee, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. For your protection, we recommend using a traceable carrier and keeping your tracking number, as ESPRO is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your full refund, including the initial shipping fee, within 7 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2–10 business days for the credit to appear.
